1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Jata 7 platform and all its users ("Members"). Jata 7 is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other countries.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available on the platform.
• Jata 7 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Match fixing or any other form of dishonest betting is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the odds at which the bet was accepted will be considered valid.
• The maximum single bet amount is set separately for each event.

Jata 7 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, void any bet where an unusual betting pattern is detected. Any disputes regarding bet outcomes must be reported to support within 72 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at Jata 7 are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• Certain sports or markets may be excluded from bets placed with bonus funds.
• Jata 7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jata 7 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Misusing promo offers or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Stealing or fraudulently accessing another member's account information.
